He works closely with management teams across the portfolio and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies, helping drive strategic growth and long-term value creation.

Ahmed Abdel-Saheb is the Chief Executive Officer of Signal Hill Equity Partners. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Ahmed joined Signal Hill in 2024, where he spearheaded the establishment of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to Signal Hill, he was a Partner at a private equity investment firm specializing in organic and acquisition-driven growth strategies across the lower middle-market government services and Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting (“AEC”) sectors. Over the course of his career, Ahmed has led the origination, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and execution of numerous successful investments.
