Cecilia Livingston
Cecilia provides executive support, managing administrative tasks and internal operations. She assists with ensuring smooth communication within the team to help meet company goals efficiently.

Cecilia received her BA in international studies from American University. She joined Signal Hill Equity Partners in 2025, bringing with her a diverse range of experiences in international relations, communications, and philanthropy.
Prior to Signal Hill, Cecilia was the Media Officer at the International Child Art Foundation (ICAF), a global arts organization dedicated to fostering cultural exchange among children worldwide. While at ICAF and throughout her schooling, Cecilia focused on Middle Eastern studies and community outreach, concentrating her capstone project on securing grant funding for a local non-profit aiding Afghan immigrants in accessing housing and pro-bono legal representation.
